StudioRunway ("we", "us", or "our") operates as a Shopify application that uses AI to generate virtual fashion photography. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By installing or using StudioRunway, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you install and use StudioRunway, we may collect the following:

• Shopify store data — your store URL, shop name, and the OAuth access token required to interact with your Shopify store on your behalf.
• Product images — product photos you submit through the app for AI processing.
• Generation settings — prompts, style preferences, and other inputs you provide when generating images.
• Usage data — number of generations, feature interactions, and error logs used to operate and improve the service.
• Contact information — your name and email address if you reach out to us directly.

We do not collect payment information. All billing is handled directly by Shopify.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI fashion images from your product photos using Google Gemini.
• To authenticate your Shopify store and write generated images back to your products.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the StudioRunway service.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
• To monitor for abuse, fraud, or violations of our terms of service.

Third-Party Services

StudioRunway relies on the following third parties to deliver its service:

• Shopify — your store data is accessed and written via the Shopify API in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini (Google LLC) — product images and generation prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce AI-generated images. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles API data.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data Retention

Generated images are returned directly to your Shopify store and are not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the request. Access tokens are retained only while the app is installed on your store. When you uninstall StudioRunway, your store's access token is revoked and deleted within 48 hours.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption in transit and secure credential storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
